Postulates
Below are modern translations of Euclid's five postulates:
- A straight line can be constructed between any two points.
- A finite straight line can be infinitely extended in a straight line.
- A circle can be described by its center and radius.
- All right angles are equal.
- If a straight line falling on two additional straight lines creates interior angles whose sum is less than 180 on one side of the line, then the two additional lines will intersect on that side.
